Michelle Renee (Hunnaman) Miller

Michelle Renee Hunnaman-Miller, 48, of rural Ohio City passed away at 10:59 a.m., Monday, October 23, 2023, at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima, Ohio.

She was born on January 6, 1975 in Lima, the daughter of the late Allen Hunnaman and Debra Rickard (Tony) Krick of Van Wert. On December 11, 2010, she married David L. Miller who survives.

Other survivors include her children, Brandon L. Miller (Stephanie Rosenbrock) of Van Wert, Ohio, Bella Chorvas of Kansas City, Missouri, and Sonny Chorvas of Toledo; grandson, Cyrus Schrader of Van Wert; brother, Brandon (Brandy) Hunnaman of Van Wert; step-brother, Ronald (Virginia) Krick of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; nieces, Gabrielle Hunnaman, Joslyn Bollenbacher, and Tessa Hunnaman; and nephew, Seth Hunnaman

Michelle was a 1993 graduate of Van Wert High School. She had then gotten her Registered Nurses degree from Wright State University. Michelle spent many years working as a surgercal nurse at Van Wert Hospital. Her and David were both longtime members of Liberty Baptist Church. She enjoyed being with her family and showing kindness to all she met. She went to many live music concerts and loved her dogs and cats.

Besides her father, Michelle was preceded in death by her brother, Danny Hunnaman.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Burns officiating. There will be visiting hours 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Preferred memorials are to the Van Wert Humane Society.
