Obituary
Franklin “Frank” C. Gilbert, 60 of Van Wert and formerly of Tipp City, passed away Tuesday morning, August 15, 2023, at the Meadows of Delphos.
He was born on September 12, 1962, in Lima the son of the late Robert and Marjorie (Deubler)) Gilbert. Frank was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Gilbert.
Family survivors include two daughters, Sarah Gilbert of Van Wert and Crystal Mills (Robert) of Urbana, Ohio; five grandchildren Devina, Harley, Robert, Ryan, and Sage; Siblings, Rhonda Brown of Ottoville, Steve Gilbert of Ottoville, Mike Gilbert (Susanne) of Ft. Jennings, Rebecca Williams (Ben) of Van Wert, John Gilbert (Latoshia) of Columbia City, Indiana, and Jason Gilbert of Van Wert. Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Frank attended Delphos Jefferson High School and was a painter by trade.
A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
