Vicky Jo Heimann, 55, of Van Wert, died Monday morning, November 10, 2014. She was born on June 18, 1959, in Hartford City, IN, the daughter of Tommy and Betty (Sills) Derringer who reside in Van Wert. Other survivors include four children, Amy (Nick) Cox of Van Wert, Ashley Heimann of Warsaw, IN, Joshua Heimann of Columbus, and Frederick Heimann of Van Wert; and nine grandchildren. Vicky was a 1977 graduate of Jay County High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She was attending the University of Northwestern Ohio to obtain a para legal degree. She was a homemaker, mother and had been an executive secretary at Dana Corporation in Marion, Indiana. There will be private services at the convenience of the family.
