Sandra Kay Eutsler, 72, of Decatur and formerly of Ohio City, passed away at 4:12 a.m., Tuesday at the Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Indiana. She was born on February 21, 1945, in Van Wert, the daughter of the late Clifford H. and Margaret Ellen (Dixon) Kline. On January 15, 1965, she married Lowell Thomas Eutsler who preceded her in death on October 4, 2005. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty J. O'Day and two brothers, Robert Joe Kline and Marvin Leroy Kline. Family survivors include her daughter, Tina M. (Rod) Vore of Decatur; a brother, William P.E. (Mary Jane) Kline of New Haven; and two granddaughters, Macey and Shaley Vore. Sandra had attended the Ohio City Church of God and Mt. Hope Nazarene Church in Berne. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, May 19, 2017, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Cox of Mt. Hope Nazarene Church officiating. Interment will follow at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday 5 - 8 p.m., and one hour prior to services on Friday. Preferred memorials are to the American Cancer Society.
