Ronald G. Clifton, 78, passed away at 11:35 a.m., Sunday at his residence in Angola, IN. He was born on June 28, 1935, in Wren, the son of the late Corval and Wilma (Agler) Clifton. On October 30, 1955, he married the former Shirley Ann High who survives. Other family members include a son, Donald G. Clifton of Cleveland, GA; two daughters, Kim (Wayne) Scherry of Decatur, IN and Tracy (Bob) Broten of Van Wert; six grandchildren, Anne (Brian) Brecht, Jason Kreischer, Chloe Clifton, Cami (Cory) Lepper, Sam (Regina) Wickey, and Sara (Jon) Miller; and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Garland, Doral, Webster, Devon and twin brother Don; and one sister, Imogene Irwin. Ronald was a 1954 graduate of Wren High School and member of the Wren United Brethren in Christ Church. He was retired. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
