Rodney James Busch, Sr., of Delphos went to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday evening, December 21, 2016, surrounded by his family at home. He had fought a three-years battle with cancer. He was born April 2, 1950, in Lima to Richard H and Mary (Fair) Busch, who proceeded him to death. Also proceeding him in death were a baby sister, Brenda Kaye Busch; a brother Terry Lee Busch; and his maternal grandparents Jimmie and Ethel Fair. He is survived by two sons, Rodney Busch, Jr., of Van Wert and Jim Fackler of Cleveland; a sister, Linda Faye (Roger) Wurst of Van Wert; a brother Richard H. Busch, Jr., and grandsons, Teigan and Silas Busch of Celina. Rodney was retired from Quality Farm and Fleet where he worked in the service and parts department. He enjoyed working on cars, ham radios, computers, going to auctions and spending time with his grandsons. . A memorial service will be held at a later date.
