Richard Kenneth Duncan, 73 of Harrod, Ohio, died at 9:23 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at his residence in Harrod. He was born on November 17, 1943 in Middle Point, Ohio, the son of the late Virgil and Goldie (Britton) Duncan. Family survivors include his son, Kevin Duncan of Harrod, Ohio; sister, Carol D.
