Raymundo T. Bulgado, 81, died Tuesday morning at his residence in Convoy. He was born on January 23, 1934, in Guihulngan, Philippines, the only child of the late Angel and Francisca Bulgado. He married the former Antonina Buloron who preceded him in death on January 4, 1990. He was also preceded in death by two children, Romarico and Ma. Luna. Family survivors include eight children, Delia (Acoy) Lambo of the Philippines, Henry (Poncing) Bulgado of the Philippines, Riga (Joseph) Stratz of Convoy, Sally (John) Lucente of Convoy, Vilma (Danny) Labise of the Philippines, Rena (Roger) Dugaduga of the Philippines, Melinda (Chuck) Davis of Boston, MA, and Raymundo (Charnel) Bulgado Jr., of the Philippines; seventeen grandchildren, Shena, Darren and Sarah Simmons, Anthony Lucente, Jayson Davis, Joey Stratz, Vivien and Darwin Labiste, Cherrydel and Jugie Lambo, Kathlena, Glaiza, Mits and Nina Bulgado, Ninio and Jeffrey Bulgado, Jaymar Dugaduga; and two great grandchildren, Dassah and Ashley. Mr. Bulgado was lifetime barber and farmer. He was a member of St. Marys of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 21, 2015, at St. Marys of the Assumption Church with Father Stan Szybka as celebrant. Calling hours are Friday 2 - 7 p.m., at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert.
