Penny A. Kouts, 67, of Van Wert passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024, at St. Rita's Medical Center of Lima, Ohio.

She was born on December 11, 1956 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late William Paul Kirkpatrick and Dorothy Jean (Smith) Kirkpatrick.

Penny is survived by her husband, Larry L. Kouts of Van Wert and two children, Chad Kouts and Christina Kouts.

She worked as a waitress and worked in the bakery department at the Marsh Supermarket Store.

Penny was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Jean Kirkpatrick.
