Obituary
Peggy Ann Mozingo, 78, of Celina, died at 12:09 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born on July 7, 1941, in Van Wert, the daughter of late John and Esther Pearl (Allen) Dean. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Mozingo.
She is survived by her daughter Corinna Cass of Van Wert.
