Peggy Sue (Burnett) Mitchell, 70 of Delphos, and formerly of Conyers, Georgia, died at 4:35 p.m., Saturday at the Hearth & Home at Van Wert. She was born on January 28, 1946 in Ironton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Sam and Margarette (Barnett) Burnett. She married William "Bill" Mitchell, who preceded her in death. Peggy had worked as a secretary for Bill Hudson & Jim Bryce Law Firm for 30 years in Decatur, Georgia. Family survivors include her two sister, Linda Burnett of Delphos, Ohio and Sheila Burnett of Panama City, Florida; two nieces, Becky Markins of Convoy and Chris Mitchener of Middle Point; three nephews, Jamie (Sue) Markins of Celina, Craig (Ashley) Walls and Clint (Kaitlyn) Nobles, both of Columbus, Ohio; and fifteen great nieces and nephews.
