Francis Pearl Saylor, 90 of Coconut Creek, Florida, and formerly of London, Kentucky and Convoy, Ohio died at 12:40 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at the home of her daughter in Florida. She was born April 13, 1924 in Alva, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Arthur Asher and Marguarette (Lundy) Morse. On Feb 10, 1946, she married Levi Vernon Saylor, Jr., in Pineville, KY and he preceded her in death on June 21, 2008. Family survivors include two sons, Jerry V. (Vicki) Saylor of Van Wert and Ron (Donna) Saylor of Suffolk, Virginia; her daughter, Betty (Jerry) Luyben of Coconut Creek; one sister, Ethel Hamilton of Somerville, Tennessee; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two children, Debra Lynn Saylor and Bob Morse Saylor; four sisters, Flossie Morse, Flora Howard, Bertha Williams and Dorothy Hensley; and two brothers, Luther and Joe Morse. She was a member of Pink Hills Baptist Church in London, Kentucky and worked at General Electric in Fort Wayne. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Phil DeLorme of Piqua Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Convoy I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
