Mary Ellen Lantz, 90, passed away Sunday morning at her residence in Pleasant Township.

She was born on May 15, 1929, in Convoy the daughter of the late Gene B. and Hazel S. (Speelman) Morehead. On October 11, 2947, she married Robert E. Lantz who died on March 28, 1998. She was also preceded in death by two sisters.

Family survivors include her three children, Jay D. Lantz of Electric, Alabama, Judith A. Albright of Convoy and Ronald E. Lantz of rural Van Wert; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Mary was a homemaker and had worked at Freund's Nursery.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
