Mark Allen Ainsworth, 59, of Ohio City, passed away at 8:58 p.m., Wednesday at the Van Wert County Hospital. He was born on October 11, 1955, in Ohio City, with son of the late Hugh V. and Martha Helen (Wiseman) Ainsworth. On April 24, 1977, he married the former Deborah Ellen Lehman who survives. Other family members include two daughters, Ashley (Scott) Miller of Van Wert, and Morgan (Adam) Owens of Venedocia; a brother Edwin Ainsworth of Ohio City; three sisters, Norma Jean Bowen, Sue (Leroy) Ernie, and Annie (Bill) Carr all of Ohio City; a sister-in-law, Joann Ainsworth of Ohio City and eight grandchildren, Zane, Camden, Neive, Cabot and Bellamy Miller and Brezlyn, Elijah and Grant Owens. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John David Ainsworth and Thomas Hugh Ainsworth; one sisters, Donna Lee Ainsworth; two sisters-in-law, Portia Ainsworth and Linda Ainsworth; and a brother-in-law, Ray Bowen. Mark was a 1974 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School and retired from Greif Brothers in Van Wert. Services will be held at 7 p.m., Sunday, March 15, 2015, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating. Interment is at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery.
