Margaret Mendoza Edwards, 66, of Van Wert passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at Lima Memorial Hospital.

She was born on August 3, 1956, in San Petro, California, the daughter of the late Martin and Gloria (Aranda) Mendoza.

Family survivors include her husband, David Edward; four children, Misty Salcido, Ned Salcido, Jr., Devante Edwards and Devon Edwards; ten grandchildren, Quincy Salcido, Marcel Salcido, Kenneth Salcido, Nicholas Edwards, Jr., Quinton Edwards, Romeo Edwards, Aaliyah Edwards, Kali Granados, Elijah Edwards and Dayrian Salcido; two great grandchildren, Karmen Salcido and Donovan Salcido; and her beloved dog Kiba.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Burns officiating. There will be calling one hour prior to the service.
