Lenice Lucille Willingham, 93, of Van Wert and formerly of Tuscumbia, Alabama, passed away at 11:10 p.m., Tuesday, at the VanCrest Health Care Center in Van Wert. She was born on April 26, 1920, the daughter of the late John Edward and Mary Lou (Tomkins) Carmack. She was married to J.T. Willingham who preceded her in death. Family survivors include three sons, Jerry (Gail) Willingham of Glendale, AZ, Randy (Kay) Willingham of Van Wert, Ohio and Tom (Beverly) Willingham of Alabama; one daughter-in-law, Linda Willingham of Van Wert; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
