Lana Lou Lautzenheiser, 63, of Van Wert and formerly of Ohio City, died at 5 a.m., Saturday at the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born on November 4, 1951, in Willshire, the daughter of the late Victor Roland and Mary Juanita (Shinn) Lautzenheiser. Family survivors include two brothers, Ronnie J. Lautzenheiser of Convoy and Roy Lautzenheiser of St. Marys; and a sister, Joyce Amstutz of Plano, Texas. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Emma Pearl Ross, Beverly Linnemeyer, Bonnie Couts, Janet McConn, and Vicie Lin Mounts; and one brother, James Paul Lautzenheiser. Lana had attended Olive Branch Church of God. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Steven G. Waterman officiating. Interment will follow at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 11 a.m., until time of service on Tuesday. Preferred memorials are to the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center.
