Karen Kay Mason, 79 of Van Wert passed away Sunday evening at Vancrest of Van Wert.

She was born on April 16, 1941, in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Gladston and Mercedes (Hosbrooks) Goins. She married Floyd N. Mason who preceded her in death on June 9, 2014. She was also preceded in death by a son, Kevin G. Pease and three brothers, Steve, Jim and Jack Goins.

Survivors are a brother, Jerry Goins of Haviland and a daughter-in-law, Eddette Sue Pease of rural Paulding.

There will be no visitation or services.
