Justus G. O'Day, 80, formerly of Ohio City and Rockford, died at 1:08 a.m., Sunday, December 22, 2019, at Coldwater Health in Coldwater, Ohio.

He was born on September 5, 1939, in Latty, Ohio, the son of the late Gaylord and Alice (Towe) O'Day. On November 26, 1976, he married the former Betty Joanne Kline who also preceded him in death on December 11, 2014. Justus was also preceded in death by a half brother, Lester Brown.

He is survived by a son, Donnie O'Day of Van Wert and a grand daughter, Shyann O'Day of Ohio City.

Justus had worked at McDonald's in Spencerville and he was a member of the Rockford Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed watching professional wrestling, cowboy movies and he was an avid Colts fan.
