Judy M. Tanner, 72, of Van Wert, died at 4:15 a.m., Thursday at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. She was born on October 12, 1942, in Van Wert, the daughter of the late Virgil M. and Naomi M. (Taylor) Morgan. On June 28, 1964, she married Raymond A. Tanner and he survives. Other family members include her daughter, Penny Ladicks of Lima; a sister, Nancy (Michael) Kindell of Van Wert; three grandchildren, Elise Treadway, Levi Ladicks and Alanis Ladicks; and one great grandson, Crue Nadzam. Judy was a 1961 graduate of Van Wert High School and a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She was a homemaker, loving mom and grandma. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 21, 2015, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Karl A. Frincke officiating. Interment will follow at Van Wert Woodland Cemetery. Calling hours are 9 - 11 a.m., Monday also at the Church. Preferred memorials are to the Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
