Jayme Lyn Edwards McIntosh, 38, of Union City, Indiana and formerly of Coldwater, Ohio, passed away Wednesday evening, May 14, 2014. She was born on August 17, 1975, in Van Wert and was the daughter of David Boroff of Goshen, Indiana, Ellen M. (Sigler) Edwards of Van Wert and the late Donald Eugene Edwards. Other family survivors include her children, Austin, Justin, Kristen, and Katlyn McIntosh and her brother and sister-in-law, Lindsey and Virginia Edwards of Markle, Indiana. Jayme attended Lincolnview High School, Vantage Vocational School and Indiana Business College. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, May 19, 2014, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Tissot of Wesley United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery. Preferred memorials are for Jayme's children.
