James Michael Foster, 60, of Van Wert, died at 1:10 p.m., Friday at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born on March 3, 1955, the son of the late Ralph Albert and Betty Catherine (Case) Foster. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene Wayne Foster and Marvin Lee Foster. Family survivors include two sisters and brothers-in-law, Helen and Jerry Roberts of Van Wert and Lori Ann and Richard Stollsteimer of Clarksville, Ohio; eight nieces; and two nephews. Jim was a 1974 graduate of Van Wert High School and had worked at the American Popcorn Company in Van Wert and Odenweller's in Ottoville. Private services for the family will be held later with interment in Middle Creek Cemetery near Grover Hill.
