Helaine F. Prior, 92, of Marysville passed away at 9:40 p.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Brookdale Assisted Living in Marysville.

She was born on April 3, 1929, in Decatur, Indiana, the daughter of the late Irvin F. and Frances Foley. On October 25, 1952, she married Raymond Lester Prior who also preceded her in death on October 29, 2004.

Family survivors include her son, Mike (Kathleen) Prior of Marysville; five grandchildren, Rachel, Johnny, Sharon, Daniel and Mary; seven great grandchildren, Tiffany, Tyler, Ethan, Julianna, Jayden, Jillian, Evelynn; and several nieces and nephews.

Helaine had been a member of the Indian Lake Community Church in Russells Point.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 8, 2021, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Van Wert Woodland Cemetery. Calling hours are 12 noon until time of service on Monday.
