Haley Starr Agler, 32, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at St. Ritas Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.

She was born on April 20, 1993, in Van Wert the daughter of Beth (Agler) Cobb and the late Gerald R. Ricker.

Family survivors include her three children, Christian, Allison and Blake Ullinskey all of Van Wert; half-brothers, Andrew Cooling and Ronald Cobb; half-sisters, Paige Morehouse and Stephanie Kinsey.

Haley was a graduate of Vantage Career Center. She had also worked at Goodwill Donation in Van Wert and attended of The Forge Christian Ministries.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Tyler Watson officiating. There will be calling hours 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., also on Tuesday.
