Gage P. Miller, 21 of rural Ohio City, died Friday a.m., February 12, 2016 in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. He was born on March 17, 1994 in Lima, Ohio, the son of Clint P. Miller of Van Wert and Angela M. (Coomer) Merkle of Ohio City, Ohio. He is survived by his father Clint; mother Angela and step father Clark Merkle of Ohio City; brother, Vance Miller of Monroe, Indiana; sister, Jetta Merkle of Ohio City; paternal grandparents, Mark & Joyce Miller of Middle Point; maternal grandmother, Kathy Knittle of Van Wert; and maternal great grandmother Clarice Baker of Haviland, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dean Coomer. Gage loved his Family - especially his sister and brother. He loved the outdoors. He was a graduate of Van Wert City Schools. Private family services will be held at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Kevin Stirratt of the Common Ground Church in Decatur, Indiana. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Common Ground Church Children's Ministry.
