Frances Lynne Wilson, 85, of Ridge Township, passed away at 6 a.m., Sunday at the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert. She was born on January 28, 1929, in Dyllis, Tennessee, the daughter of the late William Smith and Jessie R. (Hendrickson) Rayburn. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, William E. Rayburn and Tom Rayburn; and two sisters Wilma Whitacre and Eula May Mason. Family survivors are her daughter, Lori L. (David) Burnett of Van Wert; a son, James F. (Debbie) Carmichael of Lima; a brother, Billy Howard Rayburn of Tennessee; a sister-in-law, Joan Rayburn of Tennessee; two grandchildren Joshua Burnett and Sierra Burnett; four great grandchildren, Cainan, Rylan, Kylerr and Christian Burnett; a special niece, Lynda Purmort; and a special nephews, Joe Whitacre. Frances had worked at Crescent Laundry, the local telephone company, FLP, then retired from Kennedy Mfg., all in Van Wert. There will be no visitation or services.
