Eileen Marcile West, 77, Van Wert, Ohio, passed away Mondayaevening, January 27, 2020, at Van Crest of Van Wert.

Eileen was born on December 13, 1942, in Rockford the daughter of the late Harry and Bertha (Daughtery) Beougher. She was married to Gary Richard West on June 18, 1966 and he died September 14, 2010.

She is survived by one son William Dennis West of Van Wert; two daughters, Patricia Melissa West-Mergy (Jeffrey Banks) of Van Wert and Penny (Brian) Zimmerman of Van Wert; four grandchildren; Coty Helstad (Desiree McCabe), Paige LeVan, Cory Knuth (Claire Nussbaum), and Brook Zimmerman; a step granddaughter, Jessica Banks; four great grandchildren, Ian, Mckinley and Raegan Helstad, and Lillian Knuth; one brother, Frank (Alice) Beougher of Coldwater, Ohio, four sisters; Mary Lou Thorson of Illinois, Marilyn Kline of Van Wert, Linda (Marvin) Fosnough of Indiana, and Shirley Sutton of Van Wert.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Henry Ellis West in infancy;  three sisters,  Kathleen Mae Burk, Katherine Fae Beougher and Janelle Williams; and two brothers Raymond and Dan Beougher.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, January 31, 2020, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Carol Tumbleson officiating. Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m., Thursday. Burial will be at Stringtown Cemetery, Dublin Township, Mercer County, Ohio.
