Edward F. "Ed" Raudabaugh, 81 of Van Wert, died at 7:31 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the C.H.P.-Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert, Ohio. He was born on April 12, 1935 in Mercer County, Ohio, the son of the late Roy Edward and Vina (Martin) Raudabaugh. On February 8, 1965, he married Patty (William) Raugabaugh, who survives at the residence. Ed retired from Textron in Lima with 30 years. He attended Calvary Evangelical Church in Van Wert and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Patty; son, Jim Myers of Van Wert; daughter, Donna (Larry) Clouse of Van Wert; three brothers, Roy (Nancy) Raudabaugh and Martin (Alice) Raudabaugh, both of Van Wert, and David Raudabaugh of Panama City, Florida; half-brothers, Den (Stacy) Steele of Youngstown, florida and Milton (Alice Jean) Steele of Summertime, TN; eight grandchildren, Dr. Kim Eickholt, Nathan (Katie) Clouse, Christopher Clouse, Tricia (Chris) Hughes, Lexi Myers, Andrew Myers, Vivienne Myers, and Ross Myers; and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Raudabaugh. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 27, 10:00 a.m. at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor W. Clark Williman of Calvary Evangelical Church. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 26, 3-7 p.m., Interment is at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, Ohio. Memorial contribution are to the C.H.P.-Inpatient Hospice Center or Calvary Evangelical Church.
