Cynthia Ann Kline, 61, of rural Ohio City, died at 2:39 p.m., Saturday at Mercy Health in Lima, Ohio.

She was born on January 12, 1959, in Lima the daughter of the late Carol Crager and Ron Zimmerman who survives in Michigan. Cynthia is also survived by her step father, Dale Perry.

Other family members include her son, Christopher Shawn (Jessica Lynn) Stripe of Van Wert; her husband Jan Kline of Van Wert; four grandchildren, Courtney, Autumn, Aden, and Blazze Stripe; siblings, Janet, Deb, Kirk, Greg and Clifford Perry; and several nieces and nephews.

Cynthia retired from Eagle Print in Delphos, then pursued her love of crocheting.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
