Connie Jean Bolenbaugh, 64, of Van Wert, died Tuesday afternoon at Van Wert Health.

She was born on November 8, 1954, in Van Wert the daughter of Eileen (Knittle) Rice of Van Wert and the late George Rice. On June 19, 1987, she married Merl L. Bolenbaugh who survives.

Other family members include her three children, Andy (Candie) Dull of Michigan, Sarah (Ryan) Dillon of Van Wert, and Mathew (Carly) Bolenbaugh of Ohio City; and five grandchildren, Jamie and Jason Dull of Van Wert, Rinoa Dull of Michigan, and Zach and Harmony Dillon of Van Wert.

Besides her father, Connie was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Baksa.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
