Bonnie Lou Bragg Dienstberger, 84, of Van Wert passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 21, 2021, at Van Wert Manor in Van Wert.

She was born on September 16, 1937, in Van Wert to the late Grover and Louise (Crowe) Stripe Sr.

She is survived by her son, Donald E. (Elaine) Bragg Jr. of Van Wert, Rex (Debbie) Bragg of Jonestown, and Kathy Boaz of Van Wert; eight grandchildren, Jeremy (Cindy) Bragg, Justin (Kristin) Bragg, Jayme (Jeremy) Fox, Misty (Scott) Marshall, Trey (Heather) Bragg, Tremaine Boaz, Terrell (Sasha) Boaz, and Tristan Boaz; and fifteen great grandchildren.

Bonnie attended Van Wert High School. She retired from Chrysler Amplex. She was a good swimmer and enjoyed roller skating. Bonnie attended Kingsley United Methodist Church with the Bragg family

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Lou Bragg; a grandson, Joshua Bragg; five brothers, Junior, John, Dick, Robert, and Frank Stripe; and three sisters, Kate Conley, Betty Kline and Louise Browning.

A private grave side service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 27, 2021, at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery with Pastor Gary Ginter officiating.

Preferred memorials are to the First United Methodist Church Food Pantry.
